Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of stepped intensive training rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Clinical data of 150 patients with cerebral infarction were collected by retrospective study and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 75 cases in each group. Control group: routine nursing, experimental group: stepped intensive training rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effect was collected and analyzed. Results The scores of anxiety, depression and nerve function injury after nursing in the experimental group were lower, the scores of limb function and walking function after nursing in the experimental group were higher, and the scores of quality of life after nursing in the experimental group were higher, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Step intensive training rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients with cerebral infarction, promote the recovery of nerve function and limb function, and improve the quality of life, which has high application value.
