| 摘要 |
分析个性化心理护理在老年脑梗死中的应用效果。方法 将100例脑梗死患者分为两组，比较最终护理效果。结果 实验组心理状态、睡眠质量评分，护理满意度高于对比组，呈P<0.05。结论 个性化心理护理可有效稳定患者情绪状态降低消极心理的影响，可提高患者的睡眠质量，能够强化护理效果可促进患者健康的恢复实现治疗目的。

| Abstract |
Objective Analyze the application effect of personalized psychological care in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Method 100 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups to compare the final nursing effect. Result The scores of mental state, sleep quality, and nursing satisfaction of experimental group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Personalized psychological care can effectively stabilize the emotional state of patients, reduce the impact of negative psychology, improve the quality of sleep of patients, and strengthen the nursing effect to promote the recovery of patients health to achieve the therapeutic purpose.
