| 摘要 |
分析对胃肠肿瘤手术患者实施以KTA模式为基础的围术期健康教育及护理干预的应用效果。方法 抽取2022年8月~2023年12月期间我院收治的胃肠肿瘤患者60例，以随机信封法分组，对照组共30例，接受常规健康教育及护理，观察组共30例，接受以KTA模式为基础的围术期健康教育及护理，对比指标：术后相关指标（术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间）、健康知识知晓率。结果 与对照组相比，观察组术后相关指标用时均更短，健康知识知晓率更高（P＜0.05）。结论 对胃肠肿瘤手术患者实施以KTA模式为基础的围术期健康教育及护理可提高患者健康知识知晓率，促进患者术后尽快康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative health education based on KTA model and nursing intervention in patients undergoing gastrointestinal cancer surgery. Methods in August 2022-2023 December during our hospital admitted 60 cases of gastrointestinal tumor, random envelope group, a total of 30 cases of the control group, receive routine health education and nursing, observation group a total of 30 cases, accept perioperative health education and nursing based on KTA pattern, comparison index: postoperative related indicators (postoperative first exhaust time, first defecation time, defecation time, hospital time), health knowledge awareness. Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative indicators were shorter and higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative health education and care based on KTA for patients can improve their health knowledge and promote their recovery after surgery.
