持续护理对帕金森病患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响研究

| 摘要 |
分析对帕金森患者应用持续护理效果。方法 抽选2022年3月-2023年于我院就诊的帕金森患者64例，以单双号随机分32例为对照组实施常规护理，观察组32例则增加持续护理，对比两组的护理效果满意度、对比两组的生活质量等指标；结果 护理后，观察组指标满意度指标优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。同时观察组患者的生活质量也高于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对帕金森患者实施持续护理的效果较好，可提高患者的满意度，给予良好的就诊体验，增加生活质量，利于患者更好的进行日常生活和自护。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous care on Parkinsons patients. Methods A total of 64 Parkinsons patients who visited our hospital from March 2022 to 2023 were randomly selected. 32 patients were randomly divided into a single or even number group as the control group to receive routine nursing care, while 32 patients in the observation group received continuous nursing care. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared; Results After nursing, the satisfaction index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). At the same time, the quality of life of the observation group patients was also higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous care for Parkinsons patients has a good effect, can improve patient satisfaction, provide a good medical experience, increase quality of life, and facilitate better daily life and self-care for patients.
