延续性护理对老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者的护理效果分析

| 摘要 |
以提高老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者护理效果为研究目标，在临床中实施延续性护理，明确其对老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的95例老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者为分析对象，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、延续性护理手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 左室功能指标及遵医行为方面，两组相比，治疗前组间无显著差异（P>0.05），治疗后观察组各项值更佳（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施延续性护理，有利于改善老年冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者遵医行为及左室功能。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the nursing effect of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease as the research objective, to implement continuous nursing in clinical practice, and to clarify its influence on elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 95 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease who received treatment in hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the analysis objects, and were divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (46 cases) according to the order of diagnosis and treatment. Two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means and continuous nursing means, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results Compared with the two groups, there were no significant differences in left ventricular function index and compliance behavior before treatment (P>0.05), and the values of observation group were better after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing in clinical practice is beneficial to improve the compliance behavior and left ventricular function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.
