With the increasingly serious aging of the population, "integration of medical care" has become an important trend in the development of elderly care in China. The mode of "combination of medical care and old-age care" can break the traditional separation between "medical care" and "old-age care", and provide convenient, timely and accurate medical care for the elderly to better solve the problem of old-age care for the elderly. However, at present, the professional quality of clinical nurses in domestic hospitals can not meet the needs of technical specialization of geriatric nursing, attention to the physical and mental health of the elderly, and improvement of job identity. This article makes a summary of the above, in order to promote the development of the old-age service as a reference.
