1例原位新膀胱术后并发肠梗阻患者的护理

摘要	总结1例膀胱癌行原位新膀胱术后并发肠梗阻患者的护理实践。护理要点：组建多学科团队模式下的个案管理小组，制定肠梗阻护理管理方案、术后早期新膀胱功能锻炼、出院后延续性护理、个体化心理护理。患者术后22天出院，随访6个月，患者恢复良好。
Abstract	To summarize the nursing practice of a patient with intestinal obstruction after orthotopic neobladder for bladder cancer. Key points of nursing: case management group under multidisciplinary team mode was established, nursing management plan for intestinal obstruction, early postoperative functional exercise of new bladder, continuous nursing after discharge and individualized psychological nursing were formulated. The patient was discharged 22 days after operation and followed up for 6 months. The patient recovered well.
