| 摘要 |
分析小儿外科护理中优质护理服务应用后的情况及对患儿睡眠的影响。方法 以2023年1月-2024年1月本院小儿外科收治的80例患儿为分析对象，将其依据数字表法分为两组，一组应用常规护理视为参照组，另一组应用优质护理服务视为研究组，各40例。统计护理的结果并比较。结果 研究组护理后患儿的恢复效果高于参照组，睡眠质量高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 使用优质护理服务进行小儿外科护理，可促进患儿恢复效果的提升，对患儿睡眠质量提高也有促进作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application of quality nursing service in pediatric surgical nursing and its influence on childrens sleep. Methods 80 cases of children admitted to the pediatric surgery department of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the numerical table method. One group was treated as the reference group with routine nursing and the other group was treated as the research group with quality nursing services, with 40 cases each. The results of nursing were analyzed and compared. Results The recovery effect and sleep quality in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing services for pediatric surgical nursing can promote the improvement of the recovery effect of children, and also promote the improvement of sleep quality of children.
