| 摘要 |
探讨初发2型糖尿病患者使用人文关怀护理模式干预的效果。方法 纳入我院2023年4月至2024年4月间收治的初发2型糖尿病患者共60例，随机分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（加用人文关怀护理模式）各30例，对比两组临床护理效果。结果 两组患者护理前血糖情况差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），护理干预后观察组患者血糖各指标均低于对照组。且对比两组疾病认知水平显示，观察组患者疾病知识、饮食控制、用药方法、并发症预防及总分评分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对初发2型糖尿病患者实施人文关怀护理模式能够帮助患者更好控制血糖，提高患者疾病认知水平，具有应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing intervention on patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 60 patients with primary type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (humanistic care nursing mode added) with 30 cases each. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing intervention, all blood glucose indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Moreover, comparing the disease cognition levels of the two groups, it was found that the observation group had significantly higher disease knowledge, dietary control, medication methods, complication prevention, and total score than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care nursing model for patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes can help patients better control blood sugar and improve their cognitive level of disease, which is of practical value.
