| 摘要 |
探究分析重症监护室CRRT的临床护理。方法 时间：2022年2月至2024年2月，对象重症监护室连续肾脏替代治疗患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理，对比两组的并发症发生率；炎症因子水平以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 强化对于重症监护室连续肾脏替代治疗患者的护理干预，可显著改善患者并发症发生率；炎症因子水平以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical nursing of CRRT in intensive care unit. Methods From February 2022 to February 2024, a total of 102 patients with continuous renal replacement therapy in intensive care unit were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received comprehensive nursing, and the complication rate of the two groups was compared. Levels of inflammatory cytokines and quality of life. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention for patients with continuous renal replacement therapy in intensive care unit can significantly improve the incidence of complications. The level of inflammatory factors and quality of life are worthy of promotion and application.
