Objective To discuss and study the effect of KTH integrated nursing intervention on postoperative cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI. Methods A total of 480 patients from 2023.1-2023.12 were selected for the study and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 240 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were provided with routine nursing while patients in the experimental group were provided with KTH mode cardiac rehabilitation nursing. NYHA classification and exercise endurance of patients in the two groups were analyzed. Patients ability to live independently and quality of life (all patients were followed up at discharge and three months after surgery). Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in NYHA grading and exercise endurance (p>0.05), while there was no significant difference in patients self-care ability and quality of life (p>0.05). After treatment, NYHA grading and exercise endurance were improved, and patients had better self-care ability and quality of life (p<0.05). Conclusion Based on KTH integrated nursing intervention, the cardiac rehabilitation effect of acute myocardial infarction patients after PCI is improved, their physical condition is relatively better, their exercise endurance is improved, and their self-care ability is improved, promoting the improvement in quality of life.
