“德尔塔毒株”疫情下派驻门诊部对保障单位核酸采集应对策略

摘要
探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎“德尔塔毒株”疫情下运用人、机、料、法、环管理方法在派驻门诊部核酸采集的应用效果。方法 运用“人机料法环”模式的管理方案,结合派驻门诊部与保障单位官兵核酸采集强化应对能力,制定一系列科学合理核酸采集应对管理策略。结果 2021年7月21日-8月17日工作人员为18个采集点95人居家隔离人员采集核酸,七轮共采集核酸28800人次,转运发热病人3人。尚无一例疑似或确诊感染新型冠状病毒肺炎,零投诉。结论 在疫情期间派驻门诊部实施“人机料法环”模式管理方案有效可行,值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the application effect of using man, mechine, meterial, method ,and environmental (4M1E) management methods in nucleic acid collection in the outpatient department during the outbreak of the emerging coronavirus pneumonia “delta strain”. Method Using“4M1E” (man, mechine, meterial, method ,and environmental)mode management scheme, combining the nucleic acid collection of officers and soldiers stationed in the outpatient department and support units to strengthen response capabilities, formulate a series of scientific and reasonable response management strategies for nucleic acid collection. Results From July 21 to August 17, 2021, the staff collected nucleic acids for 95 home quarantine personnel at 18 collection points. A total of 28,800 nucleic acids were collected in seven rounds, and 3 fever patients were transferred. There has not been a single case of suspected or confirmed infection with new coronavirus pneumonia, and zero complaints. Conclusion it is effective and feasible to deploy the management plan in the outpatient department to implement the "human, machine, material, method and environment" model during the epidemic, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
