| 摘要 |
分析童趣化护理在慢性扁桃体炎患儿手术前后护理中的应用效果。方法 将我院于2023年1月-2023年12月收治的80例行手术治疗的慢性扁桃体炎患儿作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用童趣化护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用童趣化护理后，其心理状态评分、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在慢性扁桃体炎患儿手术前后护理中应用童趣化护理可有效减少其负面情绪，减轻其术后疼痛程度，并降低并发症风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of childlike care in the preoperative and postoperative care of children with chronic tonsillitis. Methods 80 children with chronic tonsillitis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received childlike care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After adopting childlike care, the observation group had better psychological state scores, postoperative pain scores, and incidence of complications than the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of childlike care in the preoperative and postoperative care of children with chronic tonsillitis can effectively reduce their negative emotions, alleviate their postoperative pain, and reduce the risk of complications.
