| 摘要 |
分析对老年抑郁症患者应用标准化心理疏导及护理干预的价值。方法 抽选2022年4月-2023年4月于我院就诊的老年抑郁患者62例，以单双号随机分31例为对照组实施常规护理，观察组31例实施标准化心理疏导及护理干预，对比两组护理前后的焦虑抑郁等负面情绪以及心理弹性评分；结果 护理前两组HAMA焦虑和HAMD抑郁、CD-RISC心理弹性评分差异不显著，p﹥0.05,护理后观察组各项指标优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对老年抑郁患者实施标准化心理疏导及护理干预的效果较好，可改善患者不良情绪，增加心理弹性，更好的面对疾病带来的刺激。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of applying standardized psychological counseling and nursing interventions to elderly patients with depression. Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with depression who visited our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 31 cases and a control group of 31 cases. The observation group of 31 cases received standardized psychological counseling and nursing intervention. The anxiety, depression, and other negative emotions as well as psychological resilience scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups; Results There was no significant difference in HAMA anxiety, HAMD depression, and CD-RISC psychological resilience scores between the two groups before nursing, with p>0.05. After nursing, the observation group had better indicators than the control group, with a significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of standardized psychological counseling and nursing interventions for elderly patients with depression has a good effect, can improve their negative emotions, increase psychological resilience, and better face the stimuli brought by the disease.
