| 摘要 |
研究探讨老年2型糖尿病合并衰弱患者应用聚焦解决模式干预效果。方法 随机选取医院2021年1月-2024年1月接收的100例老年2型糖尿病合并衰弱患者为对象，并在抽签法下分成对照组和观察组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施聚焦解决模式，对比效果。结果 经干预后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖与体重指数均明显比对照组低，且糖尿病知识掌握度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 聚焦解决模式对老年2型糖尿病合并衰弱患者血糖控制有着积极影响，可提高疾病认知度，降低血糖水平。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of focused solution mode in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with fthenia. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with fissile patients received by the hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were randomly selected as subjects, and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots. The control group received routine care, and the observation group implemented focused solution mode to compare the effect. Results After intervention, fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and body mass index in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and knowledge of diabetes was higher than that in control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Focused solution model has a positive effect on blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with asthenia, which can improve disease awareness and reduce blood glucose level.
