| 摘要 |
分析营养不良脑瘫患儿应用综合护理对粗大运动功能和体质量的影响。方法 以2023年1月-2024年1月本院收治的60例营养不良脑瘫患儿为分析对象，将其依据数字表法分为两组，一组应用常规护理视为参照组，另一组应用综合护理视为研究组，各30例。统计护理的结果并比较。结果 护理后研究组患儿无论是体质量，还是GMFM评分均得到了良好的改善，与参照组相比具有明显优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用综合护理方法进行营养不良脑瘫患儿的护理，能够有效地改善患儿的粗大运动功能，提高体质量，应用价值较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing on gross motor function and body mass in children with malnourished cerebral palsy. Methods 60 cases of malnourished children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the numerical table method. One group was treated as the reference group using conventional nursing, and the other group was treated as the research group using comprehensive nursing, with 30 cases each. The results of nursing were analyzed and compared. Results After nursing, both body weight and GMFM score of children in the study group were improved, which had obvious advantages compared with the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing method can effectively improve the gross motor function and body mass of children with malnourished cerebral palsy, and has high application value.
