| 摘要 |
探讨在门急诊护理中使用人文关怀的应用价值。方法 回顾性选取我院2022年9月至2023年9月间门急诊就诊患者96例，分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（人文关怀）各48例，对比两组护理干预前后患者心理状态、护理满意度情况。结果 干预前两组SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分、满意度评分无显著差异（P＞0.05），干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，且患者护理满意度指标均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在门急诊护理中实施人文关怀能够显著缓和患者心理状态，帮助患者掌握疾病知识，提升依从性和护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of using humanistic care in outpatient and emergency nursing. Methods A retrospective selection was conducted on 96 patients who received outpatient and emergency treatment in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023. They were divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (humanistic care), with 48 patients in each group. The psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in SAS anxiety score, SDS depression score, and satisfaction score between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the patient nursing satisfaction index was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing humanistic care in outpatient and emergency nursing can significantly alleviate the psychological state of patients, help them master disease knowledge, improve compliance and nursing satisfaction.
