艾灸配合拔罐在中风偏瘫护理中的应用研究

| 摘要 |
分析在中风偏瘫护理中应用艾灸配合拔罐的效果。方法 抽选2021年3月-2023年3月时段内于我院治疗的中风偏瘫患者80例，以单双号随机分组法分对照组40例常规护理，观察组40例增加（百笑灸或雷火灸）以及拔罐护理。对比两组护理前后的NHISS神经损伤程度、ADL自理能力和FMA偏瘫患者运动肌力。结果 护理前，指标对比差异不显著，P﹥0.05。而在护理后，观察组NHISS神经受损更低、ADL自理能力、FMA偏瘫运动肌力更高，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 艾灸配合拔罐对偏瘫治疗效果较好，可减少神经受损情况，提高自理能力以及偏侧肢体的预后，给予患者好的康复效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of moxibustion combined with cupping in the nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 80 cases of apoplectic hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (N = 40) and the control group (N = 40). The patients in the 2021 group were treated with routine nursing care from March to 2023, observation Group 40 cases increase (Baixiao moxibustion or lightning moxibustion) and cupping care. The degree of NHISS nerve injury, ADL self-care ability and motor muscle strength of FMA hemiplegic patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results before nursing, the index contrast difference was not significant, P> 0.05. After nursing, the NHISS nerve injury was lower, ADL self-care ability and FMA hemiplegic muscle strength were higher in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion combined with cupping has a better therapeutic effect on hemiplegia, which can reduce nerve damage, improve self-care ability and prognosis of hemiplegic limbs, and give patients a good rehabilitation effect.
