| 摘要 |
探讨重症患者实施人文护理的护理管理效果。方法 随机把我院2023年1月到2023年12月间收治的80例重症患者分成对照组和观察组，前者采用常规护理，后者采用人文关怀，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者PSQI、SAS与SDS评分比对照组低，SF36评分、满意度比对照组高，具备统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 人文护理应用于重症患者中有助于患者消极情绪的缓解，提高其睡眠质量和生活质量，增进护患关系，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing management effect of humanistic nursing in severe patients. Methods 80 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The former was treated with routine nursing, the latter with humanistic care, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results PSQI, SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group, SF36 scores and satisfaction were higher than those in control group, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing in severe patients can help patients relieve negative emotions, improve their sleep quality and quality of life, and enhance the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worth recommending.
