| 摘要 |
分析妇科恶性肿瘤患者行单孔腹腔治疗期间的护理效果。方法 选择我院在2023年1月份至2023年12月份收治的107例行单孔腹腔镜进行治疗的患者进行研究；依据患者入院治疗时间的先后顺序分成了对照组和实验组，对照组患者53例，实验组患者54例，对照组提供常规护理；实验组提供预见性护理，分析两组患者的血压、心率水平以及患者的抑郁焦虑程度。结果 实验组患者的血压、心率水平更为平衡，患者的抑郁焦虑情绪得到改善，P<0.05。结论 对妇科恶性患者在开展单孔腹腔镜治疗过程中，开展预见性护理模式，可以稳定患者的血压、心率水平，缓解患者的抑郁、焦虑，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of patients with gynecological malignant tumor during single-hole peritoneal therapy. Methods 107 patients who underwent monopore laparoscopic treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for study. Patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of hospitalization time. 53 patients in the control group and 54 patients in the experimental group were provided with routine nursing. The experimental group provided predictive care, and analyzed blood pressure, heart rate levels, and depression and anxiety levels in both groups. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were more balanced, and the depression and anxiety of the patients were improved (P<0.05). Conclusion In the course of single-hole laparoscopic treatment for gynecological malignant patients, the predictive nursing mode can stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate of patients, and alleviate the depression and anxiety of patients, which is worth advocating.
