| 摘要 |
探究在对小儿腹泻患儿护理时开展饮食护理对患儿恢复以及护理质量的影响。方法 在2022年3月至2023年12月本院小儿腹泻患儿中选择60例为对象，按照数字表随机排序划分对照组（30例，开展常规护理支持）和观察组（30例，开展饮食护理）。针对两组患儿恢复情况以及护理质量进行对比。结果 统计两组止泻时间以及退热时间，观察组均较短，P<0.05。对比两组护理满意度，观察组较高，P<0.05。护理质量观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对小儿腹泻患儿护理时开展饮食护理干预，可以加快患儿恢复速度，提升护理质量，增加护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of dietary care on the recovery and quality of care for children with diarrhea. Method From March 2022 to December 2023, 60 children with diarrhea in our hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, receiving routine nursing support) and an observation group (30 cases, receiving dietary care) according to a numerical table. Compare the recovery status and nursing quality between two groups of pediatric patients. Results Statistical analysis showed that the observation group had a shorter duration of stopping diarrhea and reducing fever, P<0.05. Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the observation group showed higher satisfaction, P<0.05. The nursing quality observation group was higher than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Dietary nursing intervention in the care of children with diarrhea can accelerate their recovery speed, improve nursing quality, and increase nursing satisfaction.
