| 摘要 |
探析实施优质护理服务应用于小儿恶性肿瘤围化疗期健康教育中的实际效果。方法 选择我院2023.2~2024.2，一年间收治的60例恶性肿瘤患儿作为本次研究的目标对象。将患儿按照护理方法的不同随机分为对照组（30例，使用常规护理）和研究组（30例，实施优质护理服务）。对两组患儿在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组患儿在接受护理后均取得一定效果，研究组患儿并发症发生率较对照组更低，护理满意度较对照组更高，差异具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿恶性肿瘤围化疗期健康教育中，优质护理服务拥有明显的应用效果，有显著的临床推广使用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical effect of implementing high-quality nursing services in the perioperative health education of pediatric malignant tumors. Methods Sixty pediatric patients with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to April 2022 were selected as the target subjects of this study. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, using routine care) and a study group (30 cases, implementing high-quality nursing services) according to different nursing methods. Collect and analyze the effects of nursing care on two groups of children. Results Both groups of children achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative health education of pediatric malignant tumors, high-quality nursing services have significant application effects and significant clinical promotion value.
