| 摘要 |
研究乳腺癌患者医疗活动中强调加速康复外科护理（enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS）的正性效果。方法 以我科40例乳腺癌患者随机划分至A组（20例，实施围术期常规护理模式）及B组（20例，实施围术期ERAS护理），并对比相应数据结果，分析护理有效性。结果 经对比，B组患者术后并发症发生率总和较A组患者更低（P＜0.05）；护理总有效率、住院时间、患者总满意率等指标亦优于A组患者（P＜0.05）。结论 ERAS理念于乳腺癌患者围术期医疗活动中发挥了确切的正面意义，是规避并发症出现，促进术后快速康复的有利手段。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the positive effect of emphasizing the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in the medical activities of breast cancer patients. Methods Forty cases of breast cancer patients in our department were randomly divided into Group A (20 cases, implementing perioperative conventional nursing mode) and Group B (20 cases, implementing perioperative ERAS nursing), and the results of the corresponding data were compared to analyze the effectiveness of nursing care. Results After comparison, the total incidence of postoperative complications in group B was lower than that in group A (P < 0.05); the total effective rate of nursing care, length of hospitalization, and total patient satisfaction rate were also better than that in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion The ERAS concept plays a definite positive significance in the perioperative medical activities of breast cancer patients, and it is an advantageous means of circumventing the emergence of complications and facilitating the rapid recovery in the postoperative period.
