| 摘要 |
探讨并分析延续性护理对髋膝关节置换术后患者的临床应用效果及其影响。方法 在2023年1月至2023年12月，选取我院150例行髋膝关节置换术的患者，通过计算机表法，将其分为对照组（n=75）和研究组（n=75），对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取延续性护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 出院后3个月，与对照组相比，研究组Harris评分、HSS评分、ADL评分均高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在髋、膝关节置换术后实施延续性护理，可有效改善患者的髋、膝关节功能，促进其日常生活能力提升，建议推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect and impact of continuity of care on patients after hip and knee replacement surgery. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 150 patients who underwent hip and knee replacement surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group (n=75) and a study group (n=75) using computer table method. The control group received routine care, while the study group received continuity of care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Three months after discharge, compared with the control group, the Harris score, HSS score, and ADL score of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing continuity of care after hip and knee replacement surgery can effectively improve the hip and knee joint function of patients, promote their daily living ability, and it is recommended to promote its application.
