Objective To assess the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the recovery of childrens allergic purpura. Methods A controlled trial was conducted on 100 pediatric patients with allergic purpura who underwent treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023, and were assigned to 50 cases of the observation group and 50 cases of the control group by the randomized numerical table method. Routine nursing care in the control group and systematic nursing intervention in the observation group on the basis of the control group. The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms as well as the hospitalization time of the children in the two groups were recorded, and the recurrence rate of the two groups was observed through 6-month follow-up. Results The time of clinical symptom relief and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The relapse rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing can significantly shorten the time of symptom relief and the length of hospitalization, as well as reduce the recurrence rate of the disease, which is worthy of further promotion.
