| 摘要 |
分析在慢阻肺患者中开展优质护理对其生活质量的影响效果。方法 现将我院接收的慢阻肺患者中抽取出80例实施分组研究，分组方式采取随机数字表法，组别包括观察组和对照组，每一组各有40例患者。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组开展优质护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者遵医用药行为以及自我管理能力与对照组相比均显著提升，患者焦虑抑郁情绪改善效果优于对照组，患者的肺功能各指标改善效果优于对照组，最终患者的生活质量与对照组相比提高，（P<0.05）。结论 对慢阻肺患者及时开展优质护理干预，可使临床护理质量得到进一步提升，增强患者的遵医行为和自我管理能力，从而提高患者的疾病控制效果及生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing on the quality of life in COPD patients. Methods 80 cases of COPD patients received in our hospital were selected for grouping study. The grouping method was random number table. The groups included observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received high-quality nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared to the control group, patients in the observation group were significantly improved in medical compliance behavior and self-management ability. The improvement effect of anxiety and depression was better than that of the control group, the improvement effect of lung function indexes was better than that of the control group, and the final quality of life of patients was improved compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Timely implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for COPD patients can further improve the quality of clinical nursing, enhance patients compliance behavior and self-management ability, and thus improve the disease control effect and quality of life of patients.
