| 摘要 |
探究分析耳穴压豆护理对颈椎病眩晕患者治疗效果的影响。方法 选取本院时间：2022年1月至2023年12月，对象颈椎病眩晕患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组常规护理，观察组采用耳穴压豆护理，对比两组的眩晕状态、生活质量、满意度以及心理状态。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 耳穴压豆护理可显著改善颈椎病眩晕患者眩晕状态以及心理状态，确保患者生活质量以及满意度的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of auricular point compression bean nursing on the treatment of vertigo patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 102 patients with cervical spondylosis vertigo were selected from January 2022 to December 2023, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with ear point pressure bean nursing. Vertigo status, quality of life, satisfaction, and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Auricular point compression bean nursing can significantly improve the vertigo state and psychological state of patients with cervical spondylosis vertigo, and ensure the improvement of patients quality of life and satisfaction.
