Objective To explore the impact of implementing refined nursing care on the psychological status and cooperation of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy examination. Method 78 patients who underwent digestive endoscopy examination in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were included. They were divided into a control group (39 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (39 cases, receiving refined care) according to the nursing methods implemented. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Result There was no statistically significant difference in psychological status scores between the two groups of patients before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the psychological status (SAS anxiety score, SDS depression score) and degree of discomfort during different examination periods of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group, and the observation group patients had a significantly higher examination cooperation rate than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing refined nursing care for patients undergoing digestive endoscopy examination can significantly improve their psychological state, reduce discomfort during examination, and improve the cooperation of examination, which has certain practical value.
