Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control management mode on patients undergoing daytime surgical anesthesia in our hospital. Method From January 2023 to May 2024, 62 patients who underwent daytime anesthesia surgery in our hospital during this period were selected as the research subjects and divided into groups according to the order of surgery. The control group underwent surgery from January to September 2023, with 31 cases receiving traditional nursing management; Observation group, 31 cases underwent surgery from October 2023 to May 2024, and were treated with traditional nursing management and quality control management mode. Comprehensive comparison. During the anesthesia period, the satisfaction level of doctors with the work of anesthesia nurses for each surgery was high in the observation group patients (96.77%>77.42%), χ2=5.167，P=0.023＜0.05）. The observation group showed good clinical anesthesia indicators such as anesthesia preparation time, stage transition time, and time for patients to recover spontaneous breathing, with P<0.05. Conclusion For patients undergoing daytime surgical anesthesia, the quality control management model is effective and recommended.
