| 摘要 |
分析个体化皮肤护理管理联合营养支持应用于重症患者失禁性皮炎预防中的价值。方法 选择我院2021年9月至2023年10月收治的60例重症病例，随机分为研究组、对照组（n=30例）。分别实施常规护理＋个体化皮肤护理管理联合营养支持、常规护理。评价失禁性皮炎发生率、心理状况。结果 研究组失禁性皮炎发生率低于对照组，SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 个体化皮肤护理管理联合营养支持可以有效预防重症病例失禁性皮炎，同时能够改善患者心理状况。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of individualized skin care management combined with nutritional support in the prevention of incontinence dermatitis in severe patients. Methods 60 severe cases admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group (n=30 cases). Routine care + individualized skin care management combined with nutritional support and routine care were implemented respectively. To evaluate the incidence and psychological status of incontinence dermatitis. Results The incidence of incontinence dermatitis in the study group was low er than that control group, and the scores SAS and SDS were low er than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Individualized skin care management combined with nutritional support can effectively prevent severe cases of incontinence dermatitis and improve the psychological status of patients.
