| 摘要 |
评估中医护理技术在神经根型颈椎病患者中的疼痛缓解效果和颈椎功能改善效果，以及其安全性，为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法 选择我院于2023.01~2024.01，1年内收治100例，将所有患者随机分配，分为对照组（50例，接受常规治疗）和观察组（50例，接受中医护理技术治疗）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 观察组的平均疼痛缓解程度（VAS评分）、患者满意度均明显优于对照组，观察组术后生活质量有明显改善。结论 中医护理技术在神经根型颈椎病治疗中具有显著的疼痛缓解效果和颈椎功能改善效果，且安全性良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on pain relief and cervical spine function improvement in patients with cervical radiculopathy, as well as its safety, and to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods 100 cases were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024, and all patients were randomly assigned to control group (50 cases, receiving conventional treatment) and observation group (50 cases, receiving traditional Chinese medicine nursing treatment). The effects of the two groups of patients after the completion of nursing were collected and analyzed. Results The average degree of pain relief (VAS score) and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the postoperative quality of life in the observation group was significantly improved. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy has a significant effect of pain relief and cervical spine function improvement, and good safety.
