| Abstract |
Objective To focus on verifying, analyzing, discussing and evaluating the application effect and influence significance of humanized nursing in ICU severe patients, and expect to see the research theory applied to practice, provide effective reference for clinical research, promote the development of the field, and protect the life and health of the majority of patients. Methods The study period is between December 2022 and December 2023. The selected samples were ICU patients in hospital with 90 cases in total. According to the principle of informed consent, they were divided into two groups according to the systematic sampling method, and the reference group (n = 45); the study group (n = 45), followed by relevant data collection and sorting, and comparative analysis of efficacy value. The comparison data included: psychological state, coagulation index level: [D-dimer (D-D), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)], deep vein thrombosis (DVT), acquired frailty of ICU (ICU-AW). Results After the study, after the statistical evaluation, the development of different strategies, the effect is different, the research group patients in the embodiment of the index value are superior reference group, P value of less than 0.05 standard, with practical data fully experimental value, have comparable advantages, implementation, is worth discussing. Conclusion In this study, targeted to personalized care in ICU severe patients application value analysis, the purpose is to through contrast experiment, seeking a practical nursing intervention strategy, for the general ICU severe patients life health, clear outcome, the nursing service can not only improve patients psychological state, peripheral blood coagulation index, change coping, also can effectively prevent DVI, ICU-AW, its application value is wide, worthy of affirmation and praise, hope adopted.
