| 摘要 |
探讨在泌尿外科患者护理工作中运用疼痛护理干预的临床价值，提升护理水平。方法 选择2023年1月~2023年12月于我院泌尿外科进行手术治疗的患者96例，按照护理方案的不同分为2组，各48例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加强疼痛护理干预。对比2组患者疼痛情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者护理后VAS、SF-36评分改善程度明显大于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度（97.92%）明显高于对照组（79.17%）（P<0.05）。结论 给泌尿外科患者采用疼痛护理干预可有效缓解患者术后疼痛，改善生活质量，提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the clinical value of pain nursing intervention in urology patients and improve the nursing level. Methods 96 patients undergoing surgical treatment in the urology department of our hospital from January, 2023 to December 2,2023, were divided into two groups and 48 cases each according to different nursing plans. The control group implemented routine care, and the observation group strengthened the pain care intervention based on routine care. The pain condition, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of group 2 were compared. Results The improvement of VAS and SF-36 scores in the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group (97.92%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.17%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Using pain nursing intervention for urology patients can effectively relieve postoperative pain, improve the quality of life and enhance nursing satisfaction.
