| 摘要 |
分析在骨科糖尿病患者围术期中采用以学定教式饮食营养教育的效果。方法 以2023年3月-2024年3月本院收治的80例骨科糖尿病患者为分析对象,将其依据数字表法分为两组,一组应用常规护理视为参照组,另一组应用以学定教式饮食营养教育视为研究组,各40例。统计护理的结果并比较。结果 护理前两组患者的血糖水平无较大差异(P>0.05),护理后两组患者血糖水平均优于护理前,其中研究组优势高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者接受护理后其自我管理能力显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在骨科糖尿病患者围术期采用以学定教式饮食营养教育,能够改善患者的血糖水平并促进自我管理能力提高,有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of learning-oriented diet nutrition education in patients with orthopaedic diabetes during perioperative period. Methods 80 cases of orthopedic diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the numerical table method. One group was treated as the reference group with routine nursing and the other group was treated as the research group with learning and teaching diet and nutrition education, with 40 cases each. The results of nursing were analyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups before care (P > 0.05), and the blood glucose level of the two groups after care was better than that before care, and the advantage of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The self-management ability of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group after receiving nursing care (P < 0.05). Conclusion In patients with orthopaedic diabetes, perioperative diet nutrition education can improve the level of blood sugar and promote the improvement of self-management ability, which has high application value.
