| 摘要 |
本文着重探讨了新农村建设的意义和价值，并对新农村建设下农业技术推广体系的有效建设策略进行了简要总结，包括信息和通信技术（ICT）的整合、农民和推广人员的能力建设、针对不同地区的定制化推广服务、可持续推广活动的财政支持，加快建成更加完善的农业技术推广体系，从而整体提高农业生产力，促进农村的包容性发展和可持续发展。

| Abstract |
This paper focuses on the significance and value of the new rural construction, and summarizes the effective construction strategies of agricultural technology extension system under the new rural construction, including the integration of information and communication technology (ICT), the capacity building of farmers and extension personnel, customized extension services for different regions, and financial support for sustainable extension activities. Accelerate the establishment of a more complete agricultural technology extension system, so as to improve agricultural productivity as a whole and promote inclusive and sustainable rural development.
