Objective To explore the effect of specialized nursing intervention on complications and blood sugar level of patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes during perioperative nursing. Methods From February 2023 to February 2024, 76 patients with uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes were selected as subjects. The number table was randomly ranked from 1 to 76. The odd number sequence was used for routine nursing (38 cases, control group), and the even number sequence was used for special nursing intervention (38 cases, observation group). Comparison of complications, quality of life, and blood glucose levels between two groups. Results There was no difference in blood sugar level between the observation group and the control group, but the observation group was lower than the control group after nursing, P<0.05. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing, P<0.05. Conclusion Specialized nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with uterine leiomyoma complicated with diabetes can reduce the blood sugar level and the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and help patients recover.
