Objective To explore the effect of meridian flow injection and timed warming strip on constipation patients with heat syndrome. Methodology from Ja nary 2022 to June 2023, 70 patients with thermal constipation who were hospital l zed in the Department of Or thopaedic Trauma of Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicina were selected. They were randomly divided into control group (n=35, point application alone) and observation group (n=35, on thobasis of acupoint application, the treatment of warm moxibustion at the hour of the moming was added according to merldian infusion method). the effective rate of spontan cous defecation, abdominal distension index score, average number of stools in 7 days and constipation improvement (Wexner Constipation Score System) were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of spontaneous defecation and the average number of defecation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Abdominal distension index score, Wexner In observation group the scores of constpation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Meridian flow injection timing warm moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of constipation patients with heat syndrome, promote rehabilitation.
