| 摘要 |
观察在对抑郁症患者护理过程中开展共情护理对患者抑郁情绪以及生活功能的影响。方法 在2023年4月至2024年4月本院抑郁症患者中选择86例为对象，随机划分对照组（43例，治疗期间开展常规护理）和观察组（43例，开展共情护理）。对比患者抑郁情绪以及生活功能。结果 观察组护理后负面情绪评分低于对照组，P<0.05。生活功能评估，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对抑郁症患者护理时开展共情护理，可以改善患者抑郁情绪，提升患者生活质量，有助于患者恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the impact of empathetic care on the depressive mood and life function of patients with depression during the nursing process. Method 86 patients with depression in our hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group (43 cases, receiving routine care during treatment) and an observation group (43 cases, receiving empathy care). Compare the patients depressive mood and life function. Result The negative emotion score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. In terms of life function evaluation, the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Empathetic nursing in the care of patients with depression can improve their depressive mood, enhance their quality of life, and help them recover.
