Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfort care combined health education in perioperative patients of interventional vascular surgery. Methods random screening in our interventional vascular surgery surgery 1105 patients in group study, through the observation group into 553 cases and 552 cases, perioperative control group patients routine care, observation group comfortable care combined health education, compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After comparing the results of the two groups, it was found that the perioperative anxiety of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the compliance of nursing treatment was significantly improved compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications of the patients was significantly lower than that of the control group, the pain was less than that of the control group, and the patient quality of life score was better than that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion Combined with health education intervention for interventional vascular surgery patients can effectively improve the physical and mental comfort and coordination of patients, reduce the pain degree of patients, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
