摘要
以提高妇产科护理管理水平为研究目标,分析妇产科护理管理工作中实施柔性管理的影响。方法 以2023.01-2024.05时间段中于院内妇产科护理人员15例为分析对象,于2023.01-07期间行常规护理管理(作为对照组),于2023.08-2024.05期间行柔性管理(作为观察组),分析两组护理人员工作倦怠情况、自我效能感、护理质量。结果 工作倦怠情况、自我效能感方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更佳(P<0.05)。护理质量方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。结论 在妇产科护理管理工作中实施柔性管理,有利于改善护理人员工作倦怠情况,增强其自我效能,提高护理质量,对提高妇产科护理管理工作水平有着重要意义。
Abstract
Objective The aim of this study is to improve the level of nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology, and to analyze the impact of implementing flexible management in nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology. Method Fifteen nursing staff in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital during the period of January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the analysis objects. Routine nursing management was performed from January 2023 to July 2023 (as the control group), and flexible management was performed from August 2023 to May 2024 (as the observation group). The work burnout, self-efficacy, and nursing quality of the two groups of nursing staff were analyzed. In terms of job burnout and self-efficacy, the observation group had better values (P<0.05) compared to the two groups. In terms of nursing quality, the observation group had higher values (P<0.05) compared to the two groups. Conclusion Implementing flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management is beneficial for improving the work fatigue of nursing staff, enhancing their self-efficacy, improving nursing quality, and is of great significance for improving the level of obstetrics and gynecology nursing management.
