| 摘要 |
讨论及研究个性化优质护理在PICC置管术在胃肠道肿瘤患者康复中的应用效果。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2023年1月份，截止时间为2024年1月份，患者的数量为80例，分成对照组与研究组，每组40例，对照组常规护理，研究组个性化护理，比较两组患者的营养指标以及并发症发生率，评价干预前后两组患者的抑郁、焦虑改善情况。结果 研究组患者的营养指标更佳，并发症发生率更低，患者的抑郁焦虑情况明显得到改善，P<0.05。结论 对胃肠道肿瘤患者行PICC置管术后开展个性化护理，可以提升患者的营养指标，减少患者出现并发症的机率，有效地改善患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss and study the application effect of personalized high-quality nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal tumors after PICC catheterization. Methods The study started from January 2023 and ended from January 2024. The number of patients was 80, which were divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group, routine care in the control group and personalized care in the study group. The nutritional indexes and complication rate of patients in the two groups were compared, and the improvement of depression and anxiety in the two groups was evaluated before and after intervention. Results The nutritional indexes of the study group were better, the incidence of complications was lower, and the depression and anxiety of the patients were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing for patients with gastrointestinal tumors after PICC catheterization can improve the nutritional index of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and effectively improve the depression and anxiety of patients, which is worth advocating.
