Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on early diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen-kidney deficiency. Methods 100 patients with spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome of early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. During the study period, the patients were divided into two groups, the reference group received conventional treatment (50 cases), and the study group received Shenqi Dihuang Decoction (50 cases), and the research data of treatment efficiency, blood glucose index and TCM syndrome score were obtained. Compare the treatment effect. Results Statistical data were collected and compared between the two groups. The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group. After treatment, the blood glucose index of the study group was lower than that of the reference group. The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group. There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment, and the study group was better than the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction for early diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen-kidney deficiency can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency of patients, the blood sugar index control effect is good, effectively improve the relevant symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the effect is ideal, and has the promotion and application value.
