Objective To study the effect and application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on patients with severed finger replantation. Methods From August 2021 to July 2023, 70 patients with severed finger replantation treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and 35 patients in each intervention group and control group were selected by computer randomized double-blind method. The intervention group was given accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the control group was given routine nursing. Through the clinical observation of the two groups of patients, the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications was 4.32% in the intervention group and 17.62% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction of the intervention group reached 96.68%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.45%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion By implementing accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention for patients with severed finger replantation, the complications can be effectively reduced, the rehabilitation process can be accelerated, the postoperative effect can be improved and the quality of clinical nursing can be improved.
