摘要
分析在小儿骨科护理带教中分层目标教学法的应用和效果。方法 以2023年1月-2024年1月本院小儿骨科的护理实习生50例作为分析对象,分入两个小组,一组采用常规带教(n=25)为参照组,另一组采用分层目标教学法(n=25)为研究组,对比带教结果。结果 研究组带教后护理实习生的综合成绩高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿骨科护理带教中应用分层目标教学法能够提高护理实习生的综合能力,可加大推广力度。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application and effect of hierarchical target teaching method in pediatric orthopedic nursing. Methods Fifty nursing interns in pediatric orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were analyzed and divided into two groups. One group adopted conventional teaching (n=25) as the reference group, and the other group adopted hierarchical target teaching (n=25) as the research group, and the results of teaching were compared. Results The comprehensive scores of nursing interns in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of stratified target teaching method in pediatric orthopedic nursing teaching can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing interns and strengthen the promotion.
