Stroke, mostly caused by sudden rupture or blockage of cerebral blood vessels causing brain tissue damage, has a profound impact on the health and quality of life of patients, and the prognostic effect is closely related to the quality of life of patients. Rehabilitation nursing is particularly important in the recovery process of stroke patients, and the different nursing modes have different effects on the recovery of stroke patients. As an important model of rehabilitation nursing, comprehensive nursing intervention needs multi-disciplinary cooperation, including endo-neurosurgery, rehabilitation and psycho-psychological departments. Comprehensive nursing intervention is patient-centered, focusing on individualization, comprehensiveness and coordination. Through comprehensive nursing measures, multiple quantitative indicators are used to measure its impact on patients quality of life, effectively integrate multidisciplinary team resources, improve the nursing effect of stroke patients, and promote patients early recovery and long-term rehabilitation. Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effects on the improvement of patients neurological function, life ability and adverse psychological adjustment. This article reviews the nursing status of stroke patients and the research progress of comprehensive nursing intervention, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
