| 摘要 |
分析康复训练护理对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的影响。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2024年1月期间收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规护理干预）和观察组（50例，采取康复训练护理干预），比较两组临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者的骨关节炎指数、疼痛评分均低于对照组。观察组患者膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施康复训练护理干预取得明显的效果，可显著减轻患者疼痛，改善患者膝关节功能水平，促进患者康复并提高生活质量。有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effects of rehabilitation training and nursing on patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group (50 cases, routine nursing intervention) and observation group (50 cases, rehabilitation training nursing intervention), and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The osteoarthritis index and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. Knee function scores and quality of life scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation training and nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis has achieved obvious effects, which can significantly reduce the pain of patients, improve the functional level of patients with knee joint, promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life. It has high application value.
