Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management on the quality of fever clinic management. Methods A total of 100 patients in the fever clinic of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group (50 cases, routine nursing management method) and observation group (50 cases, PDCA cycle management method) according to random grouping method. Clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed. For example, patients nursing satisfaction, nursing management quality score, patients fever knowledge awareness rate and cross-infection rate were compared and evaluated. Results Both groups achieved some effect after nursing, but the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. At the same time, the nursing management quality score and fever knowledge awareness rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the cross infection rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle management is effective for patients in fever clinic, which can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, popularize fever knowledge and management quality, and reduce cross-infection rate. It has high application value.
