| 摘要 |
分析对肝衰竭患者护理期间开展综合护理干预，明确其效果。方法 本文选取我院在2022年7月份至2023年7月份收治的80例慢性肝衰竭患者进行研究。分成参照组与实验组，数量：每组40例,参照组常规护理，实验组综合护理干预，分析两组患者的护理满意度以及生活质量。结果 实验组的护理满意度更高，生活质量更佳（P<0.05）。结论 对慢性肝衰竭患者护理期间开展综合护理干预，可以提高患者的护理满意度，提升患者的生活质量，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing intervention during the nursing of patients with liver failure and determine its effect. Methods In this study, 80 patients with chronic liver failure admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were studied. The patients were divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with the number of 40 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing care and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were analyzed. Results The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction and better quality of life (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention during the nursing of patients with chronic liver failure can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth advocating.
