| 摘要 |
探析儿童纤维支气管镜检查行预见性护理的价值。方法 2023年10月~2024年3月，在我院接受纤维支气管镜检查的儿童中选取147例，随机分组，对照组73例+常规护理，观察组74例+常规护理+预见性护理，组间价值分析。结果 干预后，观察组SAS、SDS评分、应激水平、依从性、不良反应、满意度数值均较对照组更佳（P<0.05）。结论 将预见性护理给予纤维支气管镜检查儿童所获效用显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of predictive nursing in children undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods From October 2023 to March 2024, 147 children receiving fiberbronchoscopy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (73 cases + routine nursing) and observation group (74 cases + routine nursing + predictive nursing). Value analysis was performed between groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS, stress level, compliance, adverse reactions and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The predictive care given to bronchofiberscopy has a significant effect on children.
