Objective To improve the nursing level of coronary heart disease as the research objective, to implement high-quality nursing in clinical nursing, to clarify its impact on patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 71 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) who received treatment in hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the analysis objects. After numbering each patient, they were divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (37 cases) by random selection method. Two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means and high-quality nursing means respectively. The data of complications and mental health intervention in the two groups were analyzed. Results In terms of complications, the total value of observation group was lower than that of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of mental health, the values in the observation group were lower than those in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing in clinical nursing is beneficial to control the complications of patients with coronary heart disease, and has an important impact on improving their mental health, which has an important significance for improving the level of coronary heart disease nursing.
